The Foundation Executive has finally got to the stage where we feel the two ICAs are in a strong position to move to the first set of Member Meetings and Officer Elections.

All essential documents, finances and associated material, along with a successful World Championship, have been organised and it is now time for the meetings.

Attached is the first notification and instructions for the representatives to start working towards the meetings. Further information will be following.

Voici le document de préparation à l'assemblée générale des assos internationales M et10r
"Preparation for the first IMCA and ITCA Member Meeting and
Elections, 2023.
The elections and Member Meetings for the IMCA and ITCA will be held from the 15th of December,
2023. The Member Meetings for each class will be held one after the other. More details on this
when the Agenda is published.

To the IMCA and ITCA Members.
First, could you send back a reply as soon as possible please stating you have received this
notification and are still the official contact person for your national association or class.
If you are not, could you also tell us that and ask your national organisation to appoint a contact
person and contact this forum or email please as soon as possible.
Second, an association is only as strong as the participation strength of the Members. There are a
few things that can be done now to help prepare for this event.
1. Research the number of registered owners of the class in your country. (Due November
15th)
2. Research the number of certified boats of the class in your country. (Due November 15th)
3. Research to find out if there are any Proposals that your organisation wishes discussed at
the Member Meeting. (Due September 15th)
4. As all of the executive positions are open to filled, look through the list and coordinate with
your national organisation the possibility of keen and skilled people to be nominated to fill
at least some of those positions. (Nominations close September 15th
.)
