Il s'agit tout d'abord de v\u00e9rifier qu'il rentre dans la jauge en consultant les documents officiels de :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>les r\u00e8gles de la classe M : <a href=\"http:\/\/classem.org\/documents\/IRSA_Marblehead%202018_FRA_V10P.pdf\">version 2018 en fran\u00e7ais<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>ou la <a href=\"http:\/\/classem.org\/documents\/MarbleheadCR2018august2018v2.pdf\">version originale 2018 en anglais<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>l'introduction aux r\u00e8gles de classe 2018 : <a href=\"http:\/\/classem.org\/documents\/Introduction%20aux%20r%C3%A8gles%20de%20classes%202018.pdf\">version 2018 en fran\u00e7ais<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAutres informations utiles : la <a href=\"http:\/\/espaces.ffvoile.fr\/voile-legere\/voile-radiocommandee.aspx\">FFV VRC<\/a>\r\n\r\nSi vous envisagez de r\u00e9gater sur notre beau support et sous la houlette de la FFV, il vous faut ensuite aller sur le site de la FFV \"<a href=\"http:\/\/espaces.ffvoile.fr\/voile-legere\/voile-radiocommandee\/pour-pratiquer-la-vrc.aspx\">Pratiquer la VRC<\/a>\" pour :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>demander un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.classem.org\/wp\/documents\/formulaire%20demande%20numero-voile2.pdf\">num\u00e9ro de voile<\/a>. Le num\u00e9ro de voile qui vous sera attribu\u00e9 par la FFV sera votre num\u00e9ro de VRC \u00e0 vie.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>demander un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.classem.org\/wp\/documents\/formulaire%20demande%20numero-coque3.pdf\">num\u00e9ro de coque<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nEnsuite, pour faire jauger votre bateau il faut suivre la proc\u00e9dure suivante :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>prenez contact avec un <a href=\"http:\/\/espaces.ffvoile.fr\/media\/63616\/mesureurs-vrc-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mesureur<\/a> et aller le voir avec les 3 documents suivants :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><a href=\"..\/documents\/procedure de mesure bateau Aout 2018 FRANCAIS.pdf\">Proc\u00e9dure de mesure du bateau(en fran\u00e7ais)<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li><a href=\"..\/documents\/procedure de mesure greement et voiles Aout 2018 FRANCAIS.pdf\">Proc\u00e9dure de mesure gr\u00e9ement et voiles(en fran\u00e7ais)<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li><a href=\"..\/documents\/M_Certificate_final_v4-4_2016_protected.xls\">Sails mesurement form and certificate<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>le mesureur contr\u00f4le la conformit\u00e9 du bateau avec les 2 premiers documents et coche les cases<\/li>\r\n \t<li>il reporte sur la feuille de mesure le n\u00b0\u00a0 de coque et les mesures r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les 3 gr\u00e9ements enregistr\u00e9s A , B\u00a0 et C et sur la feuille certificat ( les mesures y sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 recopi\u00e9es automatiquement) et remplit les infos concernant le bateau et le propri\u00e9taire:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>le nom , design du bateau et son concepteur<\/li>\r\n \t<li>nom du propri\u00e9taire<\/li>\r\n \t<li>date de mesure fondamentale (date de premi\u00e8re jauge) : ce jour ou celle inscrite sur le certificat de jauge existant en cas de modification (voiles \/ coque par exemple).\r\nSi modification, date du jour case \"date of this certification measurement\"<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>le mesureur (ou le coureur) envoie par mail le fichier Excel \u00e0 l'AFCM (<a href=\"mailto:michelgbrun@sfr.fr\">michelgbrun@sfr.fr<\/a>) qui lui retournera, par email, le certificat de jauge sign\u00e9 au format pdf.\r\n<h3>Les r\u00e8gles de course \u00e0 la Voile 2017-2020<\/h3>\r\nVous voil\u00e0 pr\u00eat maintenant \u00e0 naviguer. disput\u00e9es en 2 jours de r\u00e9gates, c'est <b>Graham Bantock<\/b> sur Prime Number qui l'emporte devant <b>Peter Stollery<\/b> sur Crazy Tube et <b>Denis Astbury<\/b> sur Rock.\r\n<p class=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/classem.org\/competition\/images\/Chelmsford.jpg\" width=\"650\" \/>\r\nLe plan d'eau du championnat d'Angleterre : Chelmsford<\/p>\r\n3 fran\u00e7ais avaient fait le d\u00e9placement. Premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve, il fallait trouver le plan d'eau. Apr\u00e8s quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres en plein champ et loin de toutes habitations, voici le site de l'\u00e9preuve. Aucun arbre en vue, cela promet un site vent\u00e9. Pr\u00e9vision m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique : froid, vent et pluie ! Et comme en France, cela ne se v\u00e9rifie pas toujours.\r\nCette fois-ci, nous n'avons pas eu de pluie ! Ouf. Par contre, cir\u00e9, polaire et bottes obligatoires.\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/classem.org\/competition\/images\/ChelmsfordClubHouse.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/>\r\n\r\nEt puis c'est pas tout \u00e7\u00e0, mais faut valider les inscriptions.\r\nVite au club house...\r\n\r\nSamedi, tout le monde naviguera en gr\u00e9ement A sauf la famille Stollery. Le Crazy Tube ne supporte pas d'\u00eatre sur-toil\u00e9 sous peine d'enfournement spectaculaire. Qu'importe, Peter dominera la journ\u00e9e sans creuser un avantage d\u00e9cisif sur Graham Bantock. Jean-Marie Vergniol aura le rare privil\u00e8ge de troubler le duel au sommet en remportant une des 15 manches du jour.\r\n\r\nDimanche, le vent est mont\u00e9 d'un cran. Gr\u00e9ement B obligatoire et m\u00eame un peu limite dans certaines manches.\r\nPour le Crazy Tube, il s'agira du gr\u00e9ement C. Mais cette fois-ci, il n'y aura rien \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 Graham Bantock. Il remporte toutes les manches du jour sauf une. C'est Denis Astbury qui r\u00e9ussira la perf du jour et finira finalement sur la troisi\u00e8me marche du podium.\r\n\r\nEt nos fran\u00e7ais alors ?
