Kim TRINNE m'a informé qu'après deux ans d'inactivité due à une machine défectueuse, RMG reprend son activité et va livrer ses treuils et pièces détachées. Il y a un rattrapage important des commandes non satisfaites, ce qui va engendrer un retard dans les livraisons des commandes... Mais, bonne nouvelle, RMG is back !

Hi Jean-Baptiste,

In 2024, we experienced a major machine failure which unfortunately resulted in production delays and a number of items being placed on backorder.

We are pleased to advise that production has now recommenced. Due to the length of time that has passed, we are currently confirming which customers still wish to proceed with their outstanding orders. Please find your original order attached for reference. If you would still like to proceed, simply reply to this email to confirm.

Once confirmations have been received, we will assess total order quantities for each item and provide you with an approximate time frame for dispatch. When your order is ready, you will receive the invoice and secure payment portal link to pay via your preferred method.

Although production is now under way, we have a substantial backlog of orders to fulfil. As a small two-person business, it will take some time to manufacture parts, assemble products and dispatch each order. We are committed to working through the backlog as quickly as possible.
